I went in because my mom’s car didn’t start and we had to replace the battery. They were able to fit me into their schedule without having previously made an appointment. I left my car with them and figured it would take a couple of hours since I was a walk-in, but they got it done fast and quick. Matt was extremely helpful and professional and even helped me with other registrations I will need to get done to the car tomorrow. Overall I feel as if I lucked out with this business. They were professional and efficient.

Matt at the front desk is knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to help get the musty smell out of my van while also doing an oil change and air filter replacement. I take my 2 door Jeep Wrangler here because some places don’t have the right lifts. They are very smart, qualified and make it easy. Highly recommend for everyone especially if you are picky with who you let touch your car….

Once again, Brookwood Service Center came to the rescue for my 2003 Chevy Suburban. My Transmission failed and needed to be replaced. Brookwood Found me a replacement, got it ordered and installed. Found several bad sensors in the process and replaced those as well. My truck now runs great.

Fast, accurate value auto repair. I had my check engine light come on. Brookwood was able to get me in the next day! They troubleshot the issue, called me to discuss the findings and we agreed to what needed done. They were done several hours before they stated that they would complete the required work. I now have found a new shop (for me) for all of my vehicles!

I highly recommend Brookwood Auto Group, they went above and beyond to make things right form me. I went to Brookwood in early August to look at a Jeep Patriot. The Jeep wasn’t comfortable for me but the salesman who was very nice showed me a Subaru Forester in my price range and with the amenities I wanted. The battery was dead which was a bit concerning at first but I really liked it and made the purchase which they made easy. A short time later though I became aware there was a transmission issue. The short of it is that was covered under warranty that came with the car. Another issue surfaced which turned out to be the serpentine belt. After talking to Michael the owner I drove it to Brookwood and they did the repair. Brian the shop manager also made sure the car was looked over thoroughly to make sure there were no other issues which put me at ease. Michael also gave me a check to cover my deductible for the transmission work and to my utter surprise they installed a new battery as well. I was worried what might go wrong next and the inspection and battery really put me at ease. I left with tears of joy and much appreciation in my heart. I feel at peace now that I have a good reliable car that I can feel safe in. I know they didn’t have to do any of this and it is a true testament to their commitment to customer service that Michael made things right for me. I drove all the way from Vancouver WA and it was worth it to get the great customer care and service they provided. My advice is to go to Brookwoood Auto Group first before you go anywhere else, they’ll treat you right!

My car failed it’s DEQ Test for the O2 sensors. I immediately took my car to Brookwood Auto Service. Brookwood has been my preferred Auto Service center for about 8 years now. Brookwood got my car in the next day to replace the O2 sensors. Before I could get my car back to DEQ, It gave me a catalytic converter fault. I found out the O2 sensor failure hid the catalytic converter fault. Brookwood replaced the catalytic converter the next day. My car passed DEQ later that week. I have been very pleased with Brookwood Auto center for years now. They will always be go-to service center for all my car needs.

My in laws’ parked car was hit during their vacation here and had to leave a few days after. I brought the car by Brookwood for a quick inspection to make sure they could drive home. They were so great and explained the issues they found. And there was the cutest little thank you gift inside the car when I got in to leave! Brookwood sells cars, but they also have a full service center. And they are honest people that I totally trust to be straight with me. Very rare in the car industry.
